Nutella stuffed Rambutan

This is for this months nutella challenge no cooking involved it's healthy and super easy, rambutan stuffed with nutellla, these were from the Vietnamese store in a can, as super expensive fresh, but they were still yummy. Rambutan tastes like lychee its sweet and juicy rich in manganese (Manganese is a cofactor for enzymes involved in hydrolysis, phosphorylation, decarboxylation, and transamination) and vitamin C.

This is for Bella alimento's Nutella Challenge.

I also came across a blog yesterday salt 2 taste and every month they have a cooking for kids challenge and the ingredient this month is chocolate so I am sending it over to Hema.

Enjoy

Love

  1. What a cool idea, as I just bought lychees for hubby at the market, but he ate them all I am afraid...next time I will have to remember to look for these...have you ever had a martini with them? YUM!

  5. Oh, so that's what those are! I've seen then in Asian groceries stores once in a while. Although my family loves lychees and dragoneyes, I never developed a taste for them. Maybe they'll taste better with all that nutella. ;-)
