  1. How much calcium should we be eating a day? Is there enough calcium and vitamin D in 3 glasses of milk a day, or should we be supplementing with caltrate? What's your opinion? ~Mina

  5. my little space: you mean hair falling out? ensure a balanced diet rich in fruits and veggies, if your worried consult an MD some meds can cause this, Rebecca

  6. Rebecca - What an informative interview! The only thing I find hard to commit to is a food journal/diary. I've heard it really helps though. My metabolism seems to have burned out after I had my thyroid gland removed due to cancer. I stay active though, and eat healthy, and although the weight loss is slow, I feel great and the pounds are dropping. Thanks for sharing your great advice!
