German researchers have shown that there are 4 lifestyle factors that can decrease the risk of diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease by 80%.
The Factors were
- Never smoked
- BMI under 30
- Over 3.5 hours of physical activity a week
- Eating a healthy diet
The study looked at 23,153 Germans aged between 35-65 years old from the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition or EPIC.
So lets all work on the magic 4 to decrease our risk
