Chow and Chatter Recommends: Sabrina's Passions

[Me.jpg]

Chow and Chatter recommends Sabrina's Passions http://sabrinaspassions.blogspot.com

I meet Sabrina through The UK food Bloggers Association, in fact you can all join even if you are not from or in the UK.
Here is her BIO, trust me you will be impressed!

My Persian heritage means that food is very much part of my cultural background and heritage.  Dating back over 3,000 years with the Silk Road, Ancient Persia has a rich culinary history that has influenced the world over.

I was given my very first cook book at the tender age of 6 and this ignited my a passion inside me that just grows bigger and stronger as the years go by.  Inspired by the first TV Chefs of my generation, Madhur Jaffrey and Ken Hom,

I spent the years learning as much as I could about food from around the world, tastes and smells, sights and sounds.  Many of my fondest childhood memories involve food or gatherings around food.

With over 13 years experience in the Hospitality industry, I have worked in some of London’s finest 5 star hotels, Michelin starred restaurants and top Catering companies.  Successfully running my own events and catering business, all my career experiences have just reinforced my passion for food and cookery even more.

Also Sabrina has organized events the world over, Sabrina has worked on projects with top Chefs like Raymond Blanc, Gary Rhodes, Giorgio Locatelli, Michel Roux Jnr, Antonio Carluccio and Prue Leith to name a few, as well as with some of the countries top food critics such as Charles Campion, Bill Knott and Tracy MacLeod.  From Celebrity parties and Royal occasions, to Sailing in St Tropez and weddings in the Amalfi Coast & Los Angeles… Sabrina can single-handedly organise events for up to 1,000 people.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the country’s greatest Chefs and food critics and have traveled the world extensively to better understand ingredients, traditions and flavours from other lands.  Not just the pleasure of eating it, but cooking it, using different ingredients, understanding tastes and textures and how to take a few simple ingredients and turn them into something truly special.

The simple things in life give me the most pleasure and few as much as food.

She has worked with top chefs and is so talented, but still makes the time to chat to little me, she's a lovely person and has a great blog, with recipes and restaurant reviews, she has a flare for writing, so what are you waiting for go join Sabrinas blog (oh and she will be doing a guest post on here soon, exciting!)
