Salmon with Tarragon, served with creamed potatoes and swiss chard:

and a reminder to eat your veggies:

WANT TO STAY MENTALLY SHARP: EAT YOUR VEGGIES

A recent study done in 3700 men and women looking at mental function found that older adults who ate at least 3 servings of fruit and vegetables per day in particular leafy vegetables like lettuce and spinach maintained mental abilities 40% longer than those who ate less than one serving. Yet another great reason to eat veggies!

  2. That looks like a fun blogging gig and a great recipe! Can't wait to see more. Seafood is one thing I've missed so much being in Brazil. We really only get it when we go to the coast, although the sushi is fantastic here. :)
