I made this quick and easy noodle recipe the other day, tasty, healthy and quick, perfect combination.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of shrimp
- one small squash sliced
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas
- 4 small sliced baby carrots
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- one teaspoon Japanese chili pepper spice
- one pack of ramen noodles
- some mushrooms
- dash of mirin (sweet sake)
- a drop of sesame oil
Method:
- stir fry the onions, shrimp and vegetables then add the spices, mirin, soy and sesame oil
- boil ramen noodles and drain
- mix it all together, its that simple!
