British Sunday Roast

This evening we ate a traditional sunday roast, with roast Scottish lamb and mint sauce, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, brocoli and gravy. Very tasty and healthy. I remember when working as a dietitian in the UK some folks would joke that they only ate veggies on a sunday!, but of course we need them everyday. So Little Jasmine had hers as well, see the blender!
Tomorrow we are all of to France looking forward to the cuisine, and picking up new recipes.

Bye for now Rebecca

  1. I absolutely love lamb; one of my favorites! In particular, lamb-stew--yum, yum.

    Best regards,

  2. I know its a great meat, not eaten enough I make a good Lamb Curry, and middle eastern lamb kebabs are amazing!, you will have to post your stew

  3. Little Jas sure is enjoying 'gourmet' meals on her holiday-she's going to feast on French food next!

  4. This roast sounds delicious! I used to put our regular meals through a blender for my daughter too when she was younger. And now, at 4, she is actually eating lamb. Time flies so fast!

  5. Our family loves eating Lamb, too.
I can't wait for your next post telling us about your trip and the food you will find along the way.
