T's Easy Baked Garam Masala Chicken



You won't believe how easy this one is, I didn't when my friend cooked it for me,

Ingredients: 3-4 chicken thighs or breasts (I have used both thighs seemed to be better), ginger/garlic paste, curry leaves-optional, salt, olive oil, garam masala powder, masala powder, onion, cherry tomatoes, red or green peppers.

1. simply cover the chicken with the garam masala powder, salt, curry leaves, ginger/garlic paste drizzle with olive oil. Add peppers, onion and tomato, some water and bake uncovered for 45- 60 min at 350 degrees.

Its that easy and tastes great, now thats my kind of cooking, great served with veggies and rice, with salad, or cut up for sandwiches. Its also a lean and healthy dish, good source of protein and lean with a little monounsaturated olive oil.
