Asparagus with an Asian Twist



Ingredients: one bunch of asparagus, few cherry tomato, Thai peanut dipping sauce, little soy sauce and little Japanese assorted chili pepper, 2 cloves garlic

1. Heat some canola oil in the pan, then add asparagus on med/high heat with a little chili pepper powder and garlic, add soy sauce
2. After a little while add about 1 tablespoon peanut sauce and stir fry for 5 min
3. Add cherry tomato

Its ready, a great and easy way to cook Asparagus, I often eat this with roast chicken and mashed potatoes. Its wonderful to invent your own fusions of flavors. This can also be done with soy and a little oyster sauce, or thai sweet chili sauce,

Enjoy this great spring vegetable, loaded with folate and vitamin C its also a great source of fiber.
