Michelle Obama: Nutrition Champion

In an article published yesterday in the New York Times Michelle Obama was praised for her interest in locally grown organic produce, and her care for the nations health. She was seen in a soup kitchen and is full of Praise for community vegetable gardens. She even opened up the white house kitchen recently to show off the healthy creations of the chefs, for example creamed spinach without the cream. It was sauteed with shallots and olive oil then blended. She was quoted as saying keeping calories down and flavour up and feels everyone has the right to fresh affordable produce.
She's a wonderful example for us all and makes me proud. I think she will do wonders to champion the cause of Nutrition and Health in America.
