British Sunday Roast

This evening we ate a traditional sunday roast, with roast Scottish lamb and mint sauce, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, brocoli and gravy. Very tasty and healthy. I remember when working as a dietitian in the UK some folks would joke that they only ate veggies on a sunday!, but of course we need them everyday. So Little Jasmine had hers as well, see the blender!
Tomorrow we are all of to France looking forward to the cuisine, and picking up new recipes.

Bye for now Rebecca

  1. I absolutely love lamb; one of my favorites! In particular, lamb-stew--yum, yum.

  4. This roast sounds delicious! I used to put our regular meals through a blender for my daughter too when she was younger. And now, at 4, she is actually eating lamb. Time flies so fast!
