Online Recipes: Make Eating at Home Cost Effective and Fun

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124148676424885935.html

There was a nice article in the Wall Street Journal today stating how more folks are eating at home to save money and looking to the web for recipe ideas, allrecipes.com, myrecipes.com. recipezaar.com and others were sited.

I would also highly recommend joining Food buzz, its a wonderful network of folks, who love to cook and often eat healthy recipes, click on comments from this blog and you will find many wonderful blogs, with ideas to make your mouth water.

YouTube is also a great resource where you can watch cooking demonstrations, what a gift the internet can be to share recipe ideas, get healthier and have fun cooking!!

Fellow Bloggers keep blogging for us all to inspire us to cook new things and enjoy

Much Love Rebecca

  1. So true-also a great way to learn different cuisines. Moreover one is also sure of the quality/freshness of ingredients in a home-cooked meal!

  2. There is a wealth of information out there. I have learned - almost as much -in one year - about different styles of cooking and tips than in all my decades of reading magazines.

  4. Eating at home is not only cheaper and healthier, but tastier too. I find that many times the quality of restaurant food just isn't as good as what I can do myself. Then, I get annoyed because I paid too much for just an "ok" meal.

  5. Susan: I couldn't agree more, its hard to get really good food in restaurants, and esp. ethic food, that we love except in certain cities where the communities live Thanks for visiting
