Just had an idea while on twitter, many studies show that folks trying to lose weight are more successful when keeping a food diary, and being mindful of what they eat and the physical activity they do, how about tweeting to me @chowandchatter to give support and encouragement. Especially when your having a bad day and feeling low for some moral support. Just an idea I will charge a small fee for this as could get super busy and often paying makes you take it more seriously.
Focus will be folks generally healthy not needing special diets for medical conditions simple healthy living tips, as couldn't give medical nutrition therapy this way only in person in the state of NC where I am licensed.
What do you think good, bad idea? anyone interested?
