Salmon poached in milk, with dill, a little butter, lemon juice and mustard - very nice, first time using fresh dill.
With mashed potatoes with mustard, had this in France, and Asparagus with garlic, onion, cherry tomato, Italian herbs and a little truffle oil!
When traveling you can pick up tips along the way, and make up new recipes on your return home, Jasmine had Cream potato and salmon.
