Italian Sausage and Polenta

This was tonight's supper, I stir fried onions, garlic, sweet Italian chicken sausage (from whole foods), red pepper, zucchini and squash green beans, snap peas, mushroom, Italian herbs in olive oil. Then added a big can of plum tomatoes. It was served with polenta.

Lovely, Jasmine like it.
Polenta is another good baby food (basically like yellow grits!)

Enjoy

  1. I'm curious as to how much sausage you used in relation to the vegetables. This looks seriously delicious.

  2. That looks good, Rebecca. It's been a while since I've had some Italina sausage.

Your little girl is very lucky to have a mother who can cook like that.

  6. Hey Reb are there any veg substitutes instead of a sausage. Any other alternative let me know will try it out - But it looks to be a really healthy platter with loads of veggies...
