Pumpkin Brownie Bites

With all the amazing pumpkin recipes going around, I want to contribute :-) these simple pumpkin brownie bites are super easy and make a nice treat.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • one cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • one teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup of puree pumpkin
  • one teaspoon baking powder

Method:
  1. cream butter and sugar for a few minutes
  2. then add in the eggs, flour, vanilla baking powder, salt and cocoa and pumpkin
  3. add to cupcake cases and bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Also feel free to join me tomorrow morning for #beanchat on coffee and travel - I was asked by  Gevalia's to host (its unpaid) I thought it sounded like fun.

  13. Well, there is certainly no such thing as too many pumpkin recipes and since the things are so ridiculously big too it always helps to have new ways to get rid of leftovers!

  14. What a cool idea w/bean chat this morning, I've not seen anything like that. Do you just stay w/in the topic that's under the current topic listed?..or can you ask questions at random?

Watched the youtube clip about frappes, I think you & I own the same type of refrigerator :)

  18. Hi Rebecca! You are so cute...it's like there is pressure to get on the pumpkin bandwagon, of which I have no problem doing. I adore these! They're cute and orange, and the word brownie might be more accepting to some. ;-)
