Aged Cheddar and Fig Panini



Sometimes the simple things in life are the best, I have been enjoying panini's with fresh figs. I simply made a panini with an Irish aged cheddar added sliced figs and voila a wonderful sandwich was born. 






Have a wonderful start to the week everyone, the last few days have been special in our house as the wee man has started walking its simple adorable :-)

  2. Our figs are done for the year, but after a bit of thought it occurs to me that dried figs would be different but quite lovely. As for that wee lad - go for the gold!!!
