Hot Chocolate with Chantilly Cream

This is a fun treat, once in a while why not have an indulgent hot chocolate :-), its a hot chocolate made with cadburys hot chocolate (my parents brought it from the UK) and chantilly cream. Which is a simple whipped cream from France with a dash of vanilla and sugar added. This was amazing.

Ingredients:
  • one mug of milk
  • 2 teaspoon hot chocolate
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • one teaspoon sugar
  • dash of vanilla
Method:
  1. add hot chocolate to milk and microwave for 2 minutes stir
  2. whip cream with sugar and vanilla
  3. put on top of hot chocolate, sprinkle with cocoa and enjoy :-)

  18. Mmmm, YUM! Hot chocolate is probably my favorite winter drink. I was not a hot beverage fan until we moved to Europe. But even before that I was down with hot cocoa.
