Easy Bok Choy


heres a quick and easy way to cook Bok Choy (Chinese Cabbage)
- add olive oil to pan with drop of sesame oil, little salt and little sugar, ginger/garlic paste and soy sauce
- then add chopped bok choy saute then cover and steam for 5- 10 min and its cooked.
Quick and easy and good source of vitamin C, Beta Carotene, folate, calium and B6 and Iron. yummy
