Introducing Anchored Nutrition Therapy

Last November I returned to work as a Registered Dietitian, after being home for 10 years, I did some professional speaking and social media management over that time and had a small farm for two years, it would be hard to maintain in the long run commuting to the land and growing alone. I still sell edible flowers super small scale and now we live in an area with land and have chickens.

I was working as an associate in a private practice and really enjoyed seeing clients again I had really missed it, I confess it was a steep learning curve and a new field of eating disorders. Unfortunately this job didn't work out I won't share more it was painful but it made me realize that I like private practice, also the flexibility it affords around kids and I truly love partnering with folks on their journeys towards health and making peace with food. Walking along side them allowing them to see how amazing and worthy they are of taking care of themselves. I have launched a website Anchored Nutrition Therapy  and a facebook page where I share a little video explaining the name

I have lots to do on the list is forming an LLC, re contracting with insurance finalizing an office, watch this space its going to be lovely and building a practice from scratch. This is daunting but its got to be worth a try.

Have a lovely thanksgiving everyone and I am so grateful for you all being here, feel free to message, comment with tips and ideas for me I would love to help our community in the Winston Salem area.
