Roasted Cauliflower and Squash



Just popping to to share a super easy recipe. 

Roasted cauliflower and squash with lentils - so easy slice veggies and add shallots, ras el hanout (a lovely  Morrocan spice blend) olive oil, salt, chives, and parsley and roast at 425 for about 20 min flipping 1/2 way through. At the end mix in cooked brown lentils.
